At Northeast Pro Photo your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you is used to process your orders. Our site uses an encrypted SSL to increase the security of our customer's information. We have installed and applied our encrypted pages and installed our SSL certificate to prevent stolen information.
Product Awareness:
Be sure to read product descriptions prior to ordering. If you need clarification on a product please email us. Once you have placed your order, the product description is the extent of the product to be delivered.
Digital Files: If Digital Files are offered, please note, Northeast Pro Photo offers medium resolution images which are printable up to a maximum of 8"x10". We do not offer HiRes files. If you wish to have larger prints, we offer a selection of large prints, canvases, metals and more. For student athletes, we also offer senior banners and yard signs. (Banner orders are accepted individually, however, yard signs have a 10 sign minimum. If your parent group is interested in placing a group order, please email or call.)
Digital files are adjusted by the author on a neutral color system. Due to the different settings and subjective interpretations of operators in the printing process, no color guarantee can be made unless Northeast Pro Photo reproduces the images. Refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted for Digital Files.
